Miss Asia USA is the premier cultural pageant participated in by Asian women in the United States who trace their ancestry to the 58 countries considered part of the Asian continent.
For the past 21 years, Asian women from all over the United States between the ages of 17 to 28 gather in the name of friendly competition to vie for the coveted title, Miss Asia USA.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Mrs. Asia USA 2010 scheduled for Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the La Mirada Performing Arts Theatre.

Please find Rules and Regulations and Application Forms below. Review the package carefully and let me know of any questions and concerns. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS submitted to Virgelia Productions, Inc. will not be accepted for consideration.

CATEGORIES OF THE COMPETITION:

1. Evening Gown – 80 to 100 points

2. National Costume – 80 to 100 points

3. Personality – 80 to 100 points

4. Talent – 80 to 100 points

5. Popularity – 80 to 100 points

Below are instructions for completing the Application Package:

1. Completely read and review the Rules and Regulations of the Pageant. After reading and reviewing the Rules and Regulations, fill out the Application completely. Sign and date BOTH 2 documents in the space provided. If the applicant is under the age of 18, she must have her parent or legal guardian also sign the documents.
2. Obtain two current photographs of the applicant, preferably 5” x 7”. One should be a head shot and the other should be a full body shot.
3. Mail the Application Package and the two (2) photographs along with a Cashier’s Check in the amount of $600 made payable to Virgelia Productions, Inc. to:

Once we receive your complete application, we will either email or call you to confirm that we have received it and schedule an appointment for a one-on-one interview the applicant either in person or by phone. The Pageant’s Executive Committee will then review your Application. Immediately after the interview, a decision will be given for the status of your application.

If Virgelia Productions, Inc determined that you are not qualified to be a contestant, your payment of $600.00 will be refunded to you less a $25 application processing fee. This processing also applies to incomplete applications.

We will only accept a maximum of 14 Delegates; therefore applications are processed on a first come first serve basis.

Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Virgelia Productions

LOS ANGELES: Virgelia Productions received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the 16th Annual National Asian Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2009. While accepting this prestigious award, Virgelia Villegas said, “I am inspired to continue the important mission of uniting the various Asian communities through celebrations of their unique and rich cultures.

Through its annual productions of the Miss Asia USA, Mrs. Asia USA, Miss Teen Asia USA and Miss Latina Global Cultural Pageants, Virgelia Productions. strives to recognize and celebrate the unity that is inherent in these diverse cultures.”
To celebrate the crowning of title holders of Miss Asia USA and Mrs. Asia USA this past June, Virgilia is having a dinner and dance on Sunday, July 26.
